Online Wills are available for people over 18 who would like to create a standard online Will in Australia. Your eligibility to create a standard online Will is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider. Here are two online Will providers you may want to consider.

We recommend that you seek independent professional legal advice from a qualified solicitor when preparing or updating your Will. Only your solicitor can provide advice tailored to your personal situation and ensure that your Will is valid and accurately reflects your wishes. You are under no obligation to leave a gift in your will to Western Health Foundation or Western Health. Any gift you choose to make is entirely voluntary.   

If you already have a Will, there is no need to rewrite the entire document. Your solicitor can add a legal amendment known as a codicil, allowing you to include a gift to Western Health Foundation while leaving the remainder of your Will unchanged.
