REFRAME YOUR RESPONSE is a virtual reality training program that helps health workers navigate difficult situations where there is a risk of occupational violence and aggression.
The immersive technology:
- simulates real-world hospital scenarios
- combines theory with practical demonstration
- shows scenarios from the patient’s perspective
- demonstrates how reframing your response can positively impact difficult situations and lead to a safer outcome.
Using virtual reality’s capacity to better connect people emotionally with training material, REFRAME YOUR RESPONSE helps increase the confidence, empathy and safety of participants.
