Western Centre for Health Research and Education is suitable for corporate conferences, workshops, seminars, forums and training courses.
Our Manager, Venue Commercial Services tailors packages to suit your event needs and requirements.

Venue hire costs are based on the room booked, type of event and the event requirements. Venue hire rates are available for full day and half day (up to 4 hours).

Venue hires prices include -

• a computer and data projector in the room

• water and cups

• lollies

​As Western Centre for Health Research and Education is not a convention/function centre additional costs may be incurred for – 

• Evening/weekend bookings - operating costs 

• Ancillary costs

• Dedicated Events Manager

• Security

• Equipment hire

• AV support ​

Western Centre for Health Research and Education, rooms for hire are available on Level  1 and  Level  2.

Rooms for hire include –

Level 1 

• Auditorium

• Atrium

• Lecture Room

• Seminar Rooms 1 to 2

• PBL Rooms 2 to 7
  

Level 2 

• Computer Training Room

• Collaborative Learning Room

• Seminar Rooms 6 and 7
