This brochure may answer some of your questions if you are coming to hospital for a CT scan.
What to bring to hospital
If you are coming to hospital for X-rays or scans please bring:
Any prior Radiology imaging that is relevant to the examination
Medicare Card/DVA card, if eligible
The request form for the examination if it was booked over the telephone
Your claim number If examination is relevant to a TAC (Motor Vehicle accident) or WCA (Work Cover) incident
