Western Ageing Research Collaborative
Western Ageing Research Collaborative (WARC) is a research community of practice at Western Health, bringing together clinicians and researchers with a shared commitment to generating high-quality, practice-informed research that addresses the health needs and priorities of older people. We meet regularly to focus on research in areas important to older people – including cognition, falls and fractures, frailty, multimorbidity, medication safety, perioperative outcomes and models of care.
WARC welcomes researchers and clinicians across all disciplines at Western Health who are interested in contributing to impactful, patient-centred research that improves the quality of care and health of older adults in our community.
