Meal times
Western Health provides a choice of meals and will supply special diets where this is part of your medical care or to meet your cultural needs. Hot and cold drinks are available at morning tea, afternoon tea and supper. Consideration can be given to relatives or friends supplying familiar dishes. However, food should not be supplied to patients by visitors without the permission of nursing staff as it may not be suited to treatment.
Breakfast
Delivery time is 7.45am – 8.10am for all wards.
Morning Tea
Delivery time is 10am – 10:45am for all wards.
Lunch
Delivery time is 12pm – 12.20pm for all wards.
Afternoon tea
Delivery time is 2pm – 2:45pm for all wards.
Dinner
Delivery time is 4.45pm – 5.10pm for all wards
Supper tea
Delivery time is 7pm – 7:45pm for all wards
