​Western Health Learning Academy

The primary objective of the Western Health Learning Academy is to provide career opportunities for individuals in the western region of Melbourne and facilitate their professional growth within Western Health.

To achieve this aim Western Health will:

·         Provide traineeship opportunities in partnership with RTOs

·         Offer ongoing support for career development

·         Collaborate with education providers to offer courses that address local need.

·         Implement programs that encourage employees to explore different roles in western Health, allowing them to diversify their skills and pursue varied career paths.

By adopting a holistic approach that combines training, support and opportunities for growth the Western Health Learning Academy can play a crucial role in fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
